British Columbia:

Brewery & the Beast is a 19+ event. No minors are permitted at any time, under any circumstances. Two pieces of valid government issued ID will be required for all guests in attendance. 

Alberta:

Brewery & the Beast is an 18+ event. No minors are permitted at any time, under any circumstances. Two pieces of valid government issued ID will be required for all guests in attendance. 

Re-Entry Rules:

Guests are not permitted to leave and re-enter the event. 

Smoking:

Brewery & the Beast is a 100% non-smoking event. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted. 

Certified Assistance Dogs & Pets:

Brewery & the Beast welcomes guests with certified assistance dogs. Proof and/or certification will be required for entry. We do not permit domestic pets of any kind. 

Weather:

Brewery & the Beast is outdoor and goes rain or shine. Refunds are not provided for inclement or undesirable weather conditions. 

Code of Conduct:

Brewery & the Beast is an inclusive environment. Persons who are unruly, rude, aggressive, disrespectful, harassing or bullying anyone in attendance will be removed from the event immediately. Our event has a zero tolerance for this behaviour. Refunds will not be provided in the event you are removed for any of the above reasons.

All guests of Brewery & the Beast must adhere to and comply with all rules and regulations associated with our special event permits for service of alcohol. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the event. Refunds will not be issued for removal from the event.

Health & Safety:

The number one priority of Brewery & the Beast is to provide a safe experience for our guests, presenters, staff, volunteers, and partners. Our Health & Safety Plan and our Communicable Disease Plan, is informed by the latest information available from local, provincial, and national health authorities. Brewery & the Beast will be produced in compliance with all current health orders from local, provincial, and national governments. 17 Black Entertainment LTD. reserves the right to implement its own internal policies and procedures for the health and safety of all attendees as it deems necessary. Failure to comply with all health and safety regulations of the event and its operators may result in not being admitted into the event or being removed from the event. 

Force Majeure:

17 Black Entertainment LTD will not be liable for any failure or delay in producing Brewery & the Beast events due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, fire, flooding, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, riots, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics, forest fire smoke affecting environmental conditions, extreme weather events; including but not limited to: heat, cold, snow, ice, wind, smoke. 

Refund Policy: 

Tickets are non-refundable. 17 Black Entertainment LTD. will not provide refunds under any circumstances or scenario. 

By purchasing or accepting a ticket to Brewery & the Beast, you accept our Terms & Conditions and agree to all terms set forth in this document.
