Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free reign to be bold and creative while preparing their exquisite dishes over open fire. More than 60 of the city’s best chefs showcase their culinary talent using the finest fresh ingredients and proteins, including: beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, wild boar, chicken, elk, rabbit and duck. Traditional and modern technique that showcases live fire cooking will be on display: whole animal roasts, grilling, braising, searing and smoking, just to name a few. All proteins at BATB are ethically and responsibly raised, and sourced from small Canadian farms and ranches who raise their animals with care and transparency.

The beverage program at Brewery & the Beast offers a curated lineup of award-winning craft beers, specialty cocktails, traditional cider, spirits, hard seltzers, premium wines, zero-proof drinks, kombucha tea, locally roasted coffee and refreshing sodas. Drinks are poured generously, so you don’t have to worry about those long lines for taster size drinks. Visit your city of interest to learn more about the beverage program and who will be serving.
