Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free reign to be bold and creative while preparing their dishes over open fire. More than 60 of the city’s best chefs will be showcasing innovative dishes with various proteins, including: beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, wild boar, chicken, elk, rabbit and duck. Traditional and modern techniques that involve live fire cooking, whole animal roasts, smoking, braising and grilling will all be on display. Proteins featured at BATB are ethically and responsibly raised and sourced from small farm operations who raise their animals with care and transparency.

DRINK

The beverage program at Brewery & the Beast offers a curated lineup of award-winning craft beers, traditional cider, hard seltzers, specialty cocktails, premium wines, zero-proof cocktails, kombucha tea, locally roasted coffee and refreshing sodas. Drinks are poured to regular sized servings, so you don’t have to worry about those long lines for taster size drinks here!
