Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free-reign to be bold and creative when preparing their exceptional dishes over open fire. More than 60 of the city’s top chefs showcase their culinary talent, exhibiting traditional and modern techniques, using responsibly sourced local ingredients.
Drink
The beverage program at Brewery & the Beast offers a curated lineup of award-winning libations, including: refreshing cocktails and premium wines, craft beer, traditional cider, hard tea & seltzers, zero-proof drinks, locally roasted coffee and refreshing sodas. Beverages are generously poured - no long lines for taster size drinks here.
