Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is Required for Admission. 

  • All guests attending the 2021 Brewery & The Beast events in Victoria and Vancouver must be fully inoculated for COVID-19.
  • The second vaccination must have taken place 14 days prior to the event date. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • In order to be admitted, all guests will be required to show their proof of COVID-19 vaccinations along with their valid, government-issued identification and their event ticket.
  • Ticket holders attempting to gain entry who have not received both of their COVID-19 vaccinations, as noted above, will be denied entry. Refunds will not be provided. 
  • It is your responsibility as the ticket purchaser to advise all members of your party of this information.

  • Paper vaccine cards issued at vaccine clinics will not be accepted  

Health & Safety

Our number one priority is to provide a safe event experience for our guests, presenters, staff, volunteers and stakeholders. We want you to be confident that we have taken all steps necessary to ensure our event is as safe as possible. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to comply with all provincial health orders and our internal policies and procedures that have been implemented for the safety of all event attendees. Failure to comply with all health and safety regulations may result in not being admitted into the event or being removed from the event. Refunds will not be issued for lack of compliance. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with all health and safety protocols that will be mandated by the province of British Columbia and our organization, so you are familiar with what will be expected of us, and of you. Our Health & Safety Plan, as well as our Communicable Disease Plan, is informed by the latest information from the BC Provincial Health Officer (PHO), the BCCDC and local health authorities. As we receive further direction from the PHO or update our internal policies, any new information about the health and safety requirements of this event will be provided and communicated to you via the email address you used to purchase or receive your event tickets.

 

Code of Conduct: 

  • Brewery & The Beast is an inclusive environment. Persons who are unruly, rude, aggressive, disrespectful or are harassing/bullying anyone else in attendance will be removed from the event immediately. Our event has zero tolerance for this behaviour. Refunds will not be provided in the event you are removed for any of the above reasons. 
  • All guests of Brewery & The Beast must adhere and comply with all rules and regulations associated with our special event permit for service of alcohol as set out by the LCRB. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the event. Refunds will not be issued for removal from the event. 

19+ Event: 

  • Brewery & The Beast is a 19+ event. No minors are permitted at any time, under any circumstance. Two pieces of valid ID will be required.

Certified Assistance Dogs: 

  • Brewery & The Beast does not permit pets at our event unless they are certified assistance dogs. Proof and/or certification will be required for entry.

Weather:

  • Brewery & The Beast is an outdoor event and goes rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided in the event of inclement weather.

Refund Policy: 

  • Tickets are non-refundable. For more information on our 2021 event refund policy, please see the refund policy section of your respective city before you purchase.

Force Majeure:

  • 17 Black Entertainment LTD will not be liable for any failure or delay in producing Brewery & The Beast on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Victoria, BC, or on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Vancouver, BC, that is due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, fire, flooding, earthquake, tsunami, riots, war, terrorist attacks, extreme weather or smoke conditions, epidemics or pandemics.
