Health & Safety
Our number one priority is to provide a safe event experience for our guests, presenters, staff, volunteers and stakeholders. We want you to be confident that we have taken all steps necessary to ensure our event is as safe as possible. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to comply with all provincial health orders and our internal policies and procedures that have been implemented for the safety of all event attendees. Failure to comply with all health and safety regulations may result in not being admitted into the event or being removed from the event. Refunds will not be issued for lack of compliance. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with all health and safety protocols that will be mandated by the province of British Columbia and our organization, so you are familiar with what will be expected of us, and of you. Our Health & Safety Plan, as well as our Communicable Disease Plan, is informed by the latest information from the BC Provincial Health Officer (PHO), the BCCDC and local health authorities. As we receive further direction from the PHO or update our internal policies, any new information about the health and safety requirements of this event will be provided and communicated to you via the email address you used to purchase or receive your event tickets.
