"A FESTIVAL OF MEAT"
Chefs demonstrate their skill and passion for meat through a wide variety of delicious and inspired creations. Local and regional farms provide the highest quality meats to be featured in various cooking methods. Whole pig roasts, house-made sausage, charcuterie, smoked meats, ethnic-inspired dishes, classic BBQ, and other full-flavored exotic foods will be showcased at Brewery & The Beast.
Accompanying the decadent dishes will be refreshments provided by The Phillips Brewing Company, Vancouver Urban Winery, and Left Field Cider. Homemade sodas, specialty coffee, and traditional iced teas will also be served to wash down the savory, sweet, and smoky flavors.
